3. Digital Power invites the customer to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale before proceeding with any purchase. By making any purchase, the customer will fully accept these General Conditions of Sale. The sales contracts relating to the site https://www. istanty .com are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received (by clicking on the "Confirm order" button). The customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares that he has read and accepted the present general conditions of contract and undertakes to observe and respect them in his relations with Digital Power .
ALL OF THE FOREGOING, THE FOLLOWING IS AGREED
1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 Purchase procedure:
1. If you want to buy one or more products shown on the site, you can select them one at a time by adding them to your cart. Once all the items to be purchased have been selected, the customer can close the cart and submit the order by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button after selecting the "I have read and accept the terms and conditions of sale" box.
2. After clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button, a summary page of the selected products and their price will appear and you will have to enter your personal data for the delivery of the selected product.

1.2 The order will therefore be considered as a contractual purchase proposal from the customer addressed to Digital Power . for the products listed, each considered individually. Upon receipt of the order, an e-mail acknowledging the order (Order Confirmation E-mail) will automatically be sent to the customer which, however, does not constitute acceptance of the purchase proposal. By sending the Order Confirmation Email, in fact, Digitals Power only confirms that it has received the order and that it has submitted it to a data verification process and the availability of the requested products. The sales contract with Digitals Power will only end when a separate e-mail accepting the purchase proposal is sent to the customer, which will also contain information relating to the shipment of the product and the expected date of delivery (Order Confirmation E-mail). In the event that the order is processed through multiple shipments, the customer may receive multiple separate Order Confirmation E-mails. The customer can freely cancel his order before receiving the Order Confirmation Email, provided that the order has not already been prepared for the shipping process. In this case no cost will be charged. In any case, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal under the terms and conditions set out in the following art. 2.
1.3 The issue of the tax receipt relating to an order will be sent to the customer in the Shipping Confirmation Email.
2. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
2.1 The customer can make the payment due by choosing one of the following methods listed.

2.2 Shipping and delivery:
• The purchased product, together with the relative receipt, will be delivered by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Digitals Power guarantees the initiation of the procedures for shipping the goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the transaction.
3. EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
As each product is made to order according to specifications selected by customers, we are out of stock. Therefore, we will not be able to offer exchanges or accept returns under normal circumstances.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Once the order has been received, you will be notified via e-mail if some of the ordered products are not available.

5. CUSTOMS
