WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Istanty unfortunately does not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason , and the contract cannot be canceled or refunded once the drawing has begun.
- Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal for products sold on istanty.com is not permitted as they are the supply of made-to-measure and clearly personalized goods and services.

If goods are received damaged or broken, the company will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you under an expedited shipping arrangement. We only ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.
How do I arrange a review or new product to be sent to me?
Just send an email to info@ istanty .com and we will assign a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you, and provide you with all the details you need!
What if my printed product arrives damaged?
While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged goods or if you have a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@ istanty .com so that we can assist you personally and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
